We diagnose structure.
We don’t accuse people.
Before any institution puts a diagnostic instrument inside its execution stack, it deserves a plain answer to a fair question: what is this tool for — and what will it never be used for?
Identifying a structural weakness in order flow is an act of engineering, not an act of accusation. This instrument exists to stabilize and strengthen — never to expose, penalize, or litigate.
A diagnostic and stabilization instrument
The AMP Integrity Tool identifies structural conditions in order flow — phantom depth, hidden reserves, anomalous withdrawal patterns — so a desk can execute against the book as it actually is. Its output describes market structure at a moment in time.
It does not identify individuals, attribute intent, or build cases. Findings are engineering findings.
Not a whistleblowing or enforcement instrument
This work is entirely separate from punitive exposure, regulatory enforcement, and litigation support. We do not operate as whistleblowers, and the tool is not designed, marketed, or licensed as an instrument of accusation against any institution, executive, or market participant.
If an engagement shifts from structural remediation toward punitive targeting, our position is disengagement — not participation.
Most failures are architectural, not malicious
Our working assumption — borne out repeatedly in the data — is that most systemic anomalies trace back to legacy protocols, inherited infrastructure, and blind spots no one currently operating chose to create. People inside complex systems usually execute broken processes without ever seeing the macro-level discrepancy.
Because the flaws are structural, the fix must be structural. Blaming current personnel is a superficial answer to an engineering problem. We work on the architecture, not the inhabitants.
We show the weakness and the patch
A finding without a fix is just an alarm. Every structural vulnerability the framework surfaces is paired with the remediation logic to close it — the goal is a book, a venue, and an execution process that are harder to deceive, not a list of things that went wrong.
Where this comes from
This isn’t compliance language drafted after the fact — it’s the founding posture of the research. The frameworks behind this tool were powerful enough, early on, to have been used very differently. They weren’t. The decision to build a stabilizing instrument instead of an extractive one is the foundation the company stands on, and it is written into how we engage: constructively, non-adversarially, and with the working assumption of good faith on the other side of every finding.
Institutions engaging with us can do so knowing the relationship is oriented entirely toward making their structure stronger.
